The guys did a great job replacing my windshield, were very friendly, reasonably priced and easy to work with! Highly recommend!

Broke my back truck window. I took my truck up there , they had the window in stock and had it fixed in under an hour. Nice bunch of guys. The owner is a nice guy. He's working also. On a different occasion. I broke a customer's tempered storm window. I brought in the frame, they measured and ordered it. Took about a week. They called me when it was ready. I go here for all my glass needs.

It it hot (over 80) and raining out. They left their poor dog in the car, with windows down to get wet and the poor thing is panting and whining and honestly scared. Shame on the owners. Do better.

Would love to give this business negative stars, but I couldn't post without giving it at least one. Awful experience. Took my minivan in for a windshield replacement and, upon picking the vehicle up, noticed a significant dent in the passenger side A-pillar. Was told that dent was there when I dropped the car off. It was not. I was then asked where I parked my car (in a spot right next to the building), who else drives my car, and that they would "check the security footage." While my van is not in perfect condition, I am very aware of where any imperfections are. And, until this past week, this was definitely not one of them. It is so obvious to me that the damage occurred when the windshield replacement was done. Their resolution? Some money off the new windshield and complete denial of any wrongdoing on their part. I am disgusted and disappointed. I would never recommend this business to anyone.

Jerry does an amazing job at Comet Windows! His service is always professional, reliable, and high quality. He pays great attention to detail and makes sure everything looks perfect before he’s done. Hands down, he’s the best in Cleveland. If you’re looking for top-notch window services, I highly recommend asking for Jerry—you won’t be disappointed!
